- March 17, 2009 - Begin with Medical exams for personnel traveling to McMurdo / Visit of John Rand from RPS (FL1 2124 12PM)
- April 1, 2009 - All NON-HAZMAT shipments must be done by this date to allow on-time delivery to Mahe (Seychelles)
- April 12, 2009 - Begin travel of NCAR personnel to Mahe
- April 14, 2009 - CNES travel to Mahe
- April 20, 2009 - The first Tentative flight of MSD and PSC sondes
- ?? - Tentative return date from the Seychelles of all NCAR personnel
