     Group 1 Aircraft operations (lead: French, Geerts, Jorgensen). Issues: timeline for flight proposals, procedures for delay; UWKA pre-deployment; flight plans; what-if scenarios; communication between aircraft before and during flights. Location: FL1 2198
     Group 2 Coordination of the mobile radars, soundings, mesonet (lead: Parker, Wurman, Ziegler). Issues: communication amongst mobile units; site selection; scanning strategies, pre-deployment procedures; what-if scenarios. Location: FL2 1001
     Group 3 Thermodynamic profiling (M-PISA and F-PISA) (lead: Turner). Issues: calibration, retrieval consistency, uncertainty characterization, and intercomparisons. Location: FL2 1003
