An initial master list of all CHEESEHEAD datasets (with links) has been compiled to provide easy access to all operational and research CHEESEHEAD datasets. This list will form the CHEESEHEAD Long-term Data Archive at NCAR Earth Observing Laboratory where datasets are grouped and sorted by category (i.e., radar, satellite, etc.) and platform. Please review this list to verify that your dataset(s) are properly named and show the appropriate authors. Email any corrections, additions, or deletions directly to eol-archive@ucar.edu. If you already have your datasets available on-line elsewhere (e.g., another archive), please email the link(s) or FTP access information.

To submit your dataset(s) and documentation to the CHEESEHEAD Long-term Data Archive at NCAR/EOL, you will need to contact eol-archive@ucar.edu for the login and password for transferring your data to the FTP area. Please include the total size of data and metadata that you will be transferring. 

To prepare your data for transfer, you can tar or zip your files by day or what makes sense for your dataset. If your data are online elsewhere and ready to be transferred to NCAR/EOL, we can work with you to bypass transferring your data via FTP. Contact eol-archive@ucar.edu if you have any questions. 

It is critical that submitted datasets are accompanied by sufficient documentation. The minimum required metadata  can be found here.

It is very important to send an email to eol-archive@ucar.edu once your file(s) have been FTPed.
