All 1-m kryptons were cleaned with distilled h2o

Pine:   12:30 local, 19:30z

I just finished a round of cleaning all kryptons with alcohol.  The order was:
30m.a
2m.a
2m.p
2m.w
17m.w
30m.p
However, the voltages for all of the lower ones are still quite low (0.04V at
2m.p).  I'll probably go back to work on this one.

The 2m krypton appears to be ok. I checked it with a DVM. The problem is either
the serializer or the connection to the the serializer. Unfortunately the
test cable with the DVM broke so I was not able to continue tests. Also the
adapter cable from the krypton to the sonic had not been potted. Water was in
the connector.
