The EOL UAS Workshop Organizing Committee (WOC) is very pleased to announce that an opportunity has arisen for us to offer travel funds to a limited number of students and postdocs to attend the workshop in February 2017.

Interested students and post docs are requested to prepare a concise abstract not to exceed 300 words explaining what they are working on or interested in and how they feel they would benefit from, and contribute to, the workshop.  A selection committee consisting of WOC members from within EOL and external members will review the abstracts and select students for travel awards.

The deadline for abstracts is Wednesday January 18, 2017. Abstracts should be sent to the following email address: eol-uas-woc@ucar.edu.

Travel decisions will be made by Friday January 20, 2017. We understand that the timeline is very short on this opportunity and we appreciate your time and efforts to meet the quick turn-around.
