All MATERHORN-X datasets are located in the MATERHORN-X Data Archive which can be accessed via the Data Access section on the MATERHORN-X Home Page. The MATERHORN-X Data Archive contains both operational and research datasets that are grouped by platform and sorted by data type (i.e., aerosol, cloud properties, radar, satellite, etc.).

To submit data to the MATERHORN-X Data Archive, follow the FTP instructions below and then send an email to eol-archive at ucar.edu . In the email, please indicate the dataset title, file names, data contact information, data restrictions/password protection, metadata/readme file name, authorship information, and if you want NCAR/EOL to generate a DOI for the dataset.  If the dataset will be password protected, you will receive a project-specific "user ID" and "password". 

To transfer large volumns of data, please contact eol-archive at ucar.edu  to make specific arrangements for your dataset. Digital file(s) can be sent on magnetic or optical media (with documentation) by conventional mail to the EOL shipping address below.

    Login:    anonymous     (No password required.)

    cd /pub/data/incoming/materhorn  (NOTE: This command should be done all in one step.)
