The live ARISTO application form is web based and will take the applicant through a series of questions organized in pages. All questions can be seen in the example PDF file available here. (Please do not use this PDF form to apply for ARISTO, it is for the review only).

The application can be edited later, and the same applicant can re-submit the application if they discover a need for corrections. All applications are reviewed by a human being and will be organized in a logical way, combining applications from the same applicant for the same instrument.
