A Mobile Integrated Sounding System ISS was deployed to Shenandoah National Park near Luray, Virginia. This education mini-deployment project is EDUCT (Education in Complex Terrain Meteorology) and was lead by Dr. Stephan de Wekker of the University of Virginia. The Mobile ISS included balloon-borne radiosonde soundings and a ceilometer.
