This done to use phase delays on the licor, both to set the
0.7s tube delay measured earlier for flux measurements and
to compensate for the delay getting the mode signal.
prep calls the calibration routines before phase shifting,
so this doesn't help the mode problem, but covar hopefully
will work, since it shifts first.

I don't know if we'll keep up with logbook. John is presently working
on psycs by taking down the 2.5m for a wiring comparison.
We have a lot of other things to do and will try to note them.

Some bonehead deleted yesterdays raw data before it had been written to
tape. Hmmm... wonder who that could have been...
Luckily no cloud events occured on day 265. We'll have to redo the 15m
sonic zero on the flux tower. Peter Antoni also lost some CO2
flow analysis data.
