Here is an update on my proposed staffing schedule for OASIS.  Let me
know if this is acceptable and then we can finalize housing reservations
at the Mariott Residence Inn in Norman.

Assumptions:

Steve S and Kurt leave Boulder on June 15; meet trailer in
Norman ~mid-day June 16; Tom flies to Norman morning of June 17.
Official operations begin on Saturday, June 27
6 weeks of operations end on Friday, August 7
4 days to tear down and pack, August 8-11

This should accomodate 3 x 3-week shifts with overlap:

Kurt:  June 15 until whenever set up and initial debugging completed;
       Return around August 7 for teardown
Steve S:        June 15 - July 5
Kathy           July 3  - July 23
John :          July 21 - Aug 11
Tom:            June 17 - July 7 
Steve O:        July 5 - July 25
Tony:           July 23 - Aug 11

The last shift has a small uncertainty associated with the start date
of operations and could be a few days longer or shorter.  If this is
more than a day or two, we will adjust everyone's schedule.

I have made reservations at the Residence Inn by Marriott (Jerrald
Waites, 405-366-0900) in Norman for the OASIS project.  These
reservations are still confirmed with Kurt's Visa card for late
arrival, so you will each need to be sure to call the Residence Inn if
it is necessary to change your dates.  The numbers in parenthesis are
the confirmation numbers; the room rate is $59 per night.
