This document assimilates relevant sections from the original manual, The Integrated Sounding System Reference by Charlie Martin and Anne-Leslie Barrett. In particular, much of the Operator's Guide chapter from that manual has been updated and included in the chapter Operator Basics of this manual. The goal is to update and to combine all of the past documentation for the ISS workstation into this one manual.
