S-Pol Sidelobe Double Vision during Vertical Pointing
Image of spectrum width
in vertical pointing data compared to shifted images of thresholded
received power during horizontal scanning. The shifted images are
shifted both 6° CW and 6° CCW of original position. Focus
on clutter to the SW at 15 km, and clutter to WNW at 6-8 km; both show
double images.
For this image, range rings are at 10 and 20 km.; azimuth spokes are every 30°.
