WINDS - an ATD/RAF Aircraft Data Display Tool
WINDS Display Software is available from NCAR ATD. WINDS is a
powerful, flexible, quick response GUI useful in displaying aircraft
data. Properly formatted data for the NCAR Electra, and NOAA P3-42 and
P3-43 is displayable via WINDS.

external tool with a document describing WINDS and how to use it.
WINDS X-Y Plots
WINDS 1D/2D Plots
Clicking on any of these "Plots" links will fire up an external
tool with various pictures of WINDS, as described by link titles.
For best viewing on the picture, click on the tool's Magstep button and
select magnification of 3 (no need to wait for initial picture to
complete). You may have to move the picture frame around to gain
access to its scrollbars; when you can access the scrollbars, use them
to scroll around the picture of WINDS...when done, click on File -> Quit
to remove the tool and its picture...
