Reorder

UnixReorder, for coordinate translation of airborne and ground-based radar data from radar space to cartesian or co-planer grids, is available via ftp from ftp.atd.ucar.edu. The following sections detail the systems requirements and explain how to obtain Reorder.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

UnixReorder is currently supported on the following platforms:

UnixReorder requires C and Fortran compilers. It will support compilers listed in the table above. In addition, one or more of the following additional software packages may be required depending upon the version of UnixReorder and whether or not you wish to enable NETCDF file generation or DORADE processing capability:

   SOLO                           (optional,
                                    required for DORADE data)
   NETCDF                         (optional,
                                    required for NETCDF generation)
   CEDRIC                         (optional,
                                    required if CEDRIC is to be used to
                                    process REORDER output)

NETCDF can be ftp'ed via anonymous ftp to ftp.unidata.ucar.edu. For CEDRIC availability contact Jay Miller (ljmill@ucar.edu ).
