May 13 (2nd west-Texas bust)
Synopsis: Upper-level wave moved out of
New Mexico. The wave apparently sloped
eastward with height, causing the upper
tropospheric flow to weaken greatly during
the day. CAPE remained small.
Intercept: Weak thundershowers in the
central TX Panhandle.
