April 26 (Gainesville, TX storm)
Synopsis:
Tornadic storms formed ahead of a stalled dryline in north-central
TX
Intercept:
The mobile mesonet "armada" deployed on a nearly-dead storm near Ardmore which
earlier had produced a mesocyclone and possibly a tornado. The armada
then
intercepted the back side of the Gainesville, Texas storm and a couple of
weaker
storms.

Fixed-CLASS soundings (LBB: 18,21,00Z; ADM: 19Z) M-CLASS
soundings near 18Z Mobile mesonet passed through the back side of the
Gainesville mesocyclone.
