[Airs-2] C-130 plans for Monday 24 Nov

Hi All,

A coldfront is expected to pass through Cleveland on Monday morning, and there
is a possibility of a trajectory flight in the airmass behind the front Monday
morning.

We have requested a special forecast for 7 AM Monday morning. The following
schedule also includes the possibility of a flight on Tuesday morning to
stratiform post-frontal clouds over Mirabel.

    Monday 24 Nov,  7:00 AM:  Weather briefing in airport
                    7:30 AM:  Possible roll-out of C-130
                              Power on C-130
                    9:30 AM:  Earliest take-off in case of a flight

    Tuesday 25 Nov, TBA:      Possibly a very early flight.
