[Airs-2] C-130 plans for Monday 17 November 2003

Hi All,

There is some possibility of supercooled stratocumulus over Mirabel by 15Z
tomorrow, Monday 17 November. These are forecast to be best at about 18Z, (1 PM).
Accordingly, the plan for tomorrow is:

8:30 AM    Weather briefing and planning meeting at the airport.
9:00 AM    Possible roll-out of aircraft + power on.
11:00 AM   Possible take-off for Mirabel, with the C-130 reaching Mirabel by 18Z.

The flight is subject to suitable conditions still being forecast tomorrow
morning at 8:30 AM.
