[Airs-2] Visitor pass issuance for AIRS-2 participants + briefing

Hi all,

For the AIRS-2 participants arriving over the weekend: Please meet me at the
NASA Glenn main gate gate-house at 7:45 AM Monday morning. We need to coordinate
the issuance of access passes.

Next weather briefing and planning meeting is at 8:30 AM at the NASA hangar, and
the second daily meeting is at 3 PM, also at the hangar.
