RICO ISFF Netcdf Files
The RICO 5-minute Netcdf files contain means and higher moments from
all sensors on the ISFF met station during RICo.
Each file contains one day's data from 00:00 to 23:59 GMT.
The file names are of the form "rico_YYMMDD.nc", where YYMMDD
are the 2 digit year, month and day.
We recommend combining these to obtain more statistically-significant
averages over longer time periods.
Status of Dataset
Final Release, February 24, 2005
Final version of the ISFF 5-minute statistics are available for
download in NetCDF and ASCII form. These data have been QC processed
using the procedures described in the
ISFF Project Report.
More information on the Netcdf file format is available from
Unidata.
ISFF RICO5min Dataset Access
The RICO ISFF dataset is publically available.
However, we ask users to provide their name and email address
when they first download data, so that they may be notified of
discovered errors or new releases of the dataset.
