Jim Edson provided photos and a diagram of the laser altimeter locations. Standing at the end of the diving board and facing to the SE (245 degrees), laser #1 was to the left, laser #2 to the right and laser #3 straight ahead. Measured separations were: #1 to #2, 88"+52" = 140" #2 to #3, 95" #3 to #1, 119" #1 to point p, 88" #2 to point p, 52" #3 to point p, 80" where p is the intersection of a line between #1 and #2 with a perpendicular line to #3.
Channels a and b have large intermittent spikes that are not seen on channel c. However, ignoring the spikes, the variance on channel c has extended periods where it is up to 10 times larger than channels a and b (which generally agree with one another.
Gordon turned back on the laser level channel, 218, on Friday. This may have been related to the local storage stopping. Will monitor.
