RMT DX6100 -- ISFF Usage

Settings

For HVAMS03 and Tram, we operated the DX6100 with the command settings:

Variables

Currently, ISFF ingests data from this sensor in nearly the same format that is reported by the sensor:
RMT name ISFF name ISFF scaling Description Units
Usign Nmeas 1 Measurement channel ADC counts
Uref Nref 1 Reference channel ADC counts
Tc Topto 1 Optopair temperature ADC counts
Vc Vcool 1 Cooler voltage DAC counts
Tamb Tamb 1/10 "Ambient" temperature K
D Ratio 1* Non-normalized ratio non-dimensional
X,R CO2mr 1* Measured CO2 concentration ppm

* - During HVAMS03, EVE multiplied these values by scaling factors of 10000 and 10, respectively, to convert from floating point to integer, which is reversed in later ISFF processing.

The CO2mr value has the internal factory default calibration applied, so the other values are not needed, in theory. We record them in case the user wants to apply a different calibration. Tamb probably is the temperature inside the measurement cell and should not be taken as the actual air temperature. (It appears to be ~7C higher in the HVAMS03 data.)
