NCAR use of the LiCor 6251 CO2 Analyzer

Introduction
ISFF has one Li-Cor 6251, purchased several years ago primary for laboratory
testing of other CO2 sensors. The CO2-only model was chosen since its
signal-to-noise ratio is a factor of 2 better than the CO2/H2O model. An
analog model was chosen, since ISFF has software to manipulate the signal.
