GV Chief Scientist Al Cooper steps out of the NSF/NCAR G-V Research aircraftThe GAC is charged with guiding the GV effort to ensure maximum benefit for a broad section of the scientific community and ensuring effective community involvement in critical aspects of the operation of the aircraft.
