Summer is high tourist-season in Boulder; therefore, the ILRC organizers have reserved blocks of rooms at discounted rates with a number of local hotels in different price categories. For students or budget-minded participants, lower cost residence hall lodging will be available on the CU campus. Participants are responsible for making their own reservations by May 2008 (see listing below for individual hotel reservation deadlines).  After this deadline, availability of hotel rooms or special rates cannot be guaranteed.

Conference hotels are all located within 2 km of the meeting site.  Several additional hotels are available within Boulder, but farther from the ILRC conference facility.  The ILRC Organizing Committee is investigating provision of morning and evening bus transportation between hotels and the conference site.  The City of Boulder is served by an excellent bus system providing convenient transportation between the CU campus, downtown Boulder, and most conference hotels.  A limited number of weekly permits for parking on the CU campus will be available for purchase by conference participants.

 *Student lodging is priced as a package for June 22-27 with breakfast (package can not be broken or changed). Rooms are not air-conditioned and have shared bathrooms by halls.
