Registration
The registration fee includes admission to the Conference and Exhibition, a copy of the Abstract Proceedings in paper format and the full Article Proceedings in CD format. The fee also includes the opening reception, banquet, refreshments during poster sessions and coffee breaks, a noontime snack on Friday prior to the awards and closing ceremony and a sightseeing tour. Beer and wine will be served at the opening reception, banquet and poster sessions.
For those who wish to obtain a printed version of the full Article Proceedings, bound volumes can be ordered at the time of on-line registration for an additional $100.
Early registration by May 1, 2008 is strongly recommended.

Web registration for ILRC 24 will close at midnight on June 13, 2008.
On-site registration will be available starting June 22, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. in the UMC Ballroom.
Accompanying persons
The conference offers the opening reception, sightseeing tour, and banquet for accompanying persons ($75). Beer and wine will be served at the opening reception and banquet. Payment and registration will need to be made in the registration system. In addition, the Boulder area provides a variety of activities, which can be booked through local agencies (see location).

Cancellation policy
All requests
for refunds must be received by June 1, 2008 ($50 cancellation fee applies) through a written notification (see start page of registration system). No refunds will be available after June 1, 2008.
