Call for Papers

General

Authors are invited to submit an abstract (200 words or less) and a 4-page  paper (camera ready, PDF format) related to one of the conference topics. The papers will be reviewed by the Program Committee according to scientific content, suitability for the conference, and form.

The conference will include oral and poster sessions. Oral presentations will be limited to one per author. Please indicate on the submission form whether oral or poster presentation is preferred and the conference topic(s) pertaining to your paper.

The Submission System opens January 7, 2008 and all abstracts and papers must be received by March 1, 2008. Corresponding authors will be notified of their papers' status by April 1, 2008. If requested by reviewers, the final revised versions of the 4-page papers and abstract summaries must be received by April 15, 2008.

Accepted papers will be published electronically on CD. In addition, a printed book of the full proceedings will be available for $100. To ensure availability paper proceedings must be pre-purchased at the time of registration. A book of the 200-word abstracts will be distributed at the conference.

How to Submit a Paper

To be able to submit a manuscript you must have a user account in the Manuscript Submission System. Create your account by going to our join/create a user account page (Note! This is not the registration for the conference). Afterwards, log in and you will be taken to the 5-step manuscript submission process. Please have your paper in PDF format and the information regarding affiliation of all authors, conference topic(s) pertaining to your paper, and oral/poster preference available. During the manuscript upload process you will be asked to provide the 200-word abstract. Copy the abstract from your paper and paste it into the appropriate box.

To revise already submitted abstracts, click on "My Manuscripts", proceed to the revision page, and upload your revised manuscript. You can revise, submit, or delete your paper as many times as you wish up until the submission deadline on March 1, 2008.
