For 40 years, beginning in 1968 with its first meeting in Boulder, Colorado, the International Laser Radar Conference (ILRC) has been the focal point for presentation of new scientific results and advances in methodologies by scientists from all over the world working in the field of laser remote sensing of geophysical properties.
