Up one levelOur Technology Development Facility (TDF) represents the latest in technological advances across a wide range of fields. It relies heavily on strategic collaborations and partnerships with other groups, including commercial, university, and national laboratories. The Analytical Photonics and Optoelectronics Laboratory (APOL) is one subgroup of TDF.
- Analytical Photonics & Optoelectronics Laboratory (APOL)
- The APOL group develops and employs new advanced optical spectroscopic technologies, instruments, and advanced algorithms for the next generation of ground-based and airborne measurements of various atmospheric trace gases. Working with atmospheric modelers, the APOL group also utilizes the high quality data thus obtained to further advance our understanding of atmospheric processes and chemical transformations.
